• The PepsiCo Foundation’s grant for Passport to Success® Traveler supports PepsiCo’s goal to invest $100 million by 2025 in initiatives to provide 12.5 million women and girls around the world with essential resources for workforce readiness and in programs that empower women in the food system and farming.

  • PepsiCo believes in the power of women to lift up their families and their communities, and we’ve long made investments to provide women with the knowledge and tools they need for economic advancement. 

    • Since 2014, PepsiCo has invested nearly $9 million with IYF to support workforce readiness initiatives in South Africa and Mexico—in addition to the creation of Passport to Success® Traveler.

      • In South Africa, the Foundation is helping IYF integrate soft skills training into the country’s college curriculum, which is expected to benefit more than 45,000 young women and an equal number of young men.

      • In Mexico, The PepsiCo Foundation is making a three-year, $1.35 million investment to improve the work readiness skills of students in the country’s public technical high school system.

  • As part of its goal, PepsiCo has also invested $18.2 million with global poverty-fighting organization CARE to tackle gender inequality in the agricultural sector.

  • Through partnerships with Win and Robin Hood, PepsiCo also supports education and job training for women and girls in New York—home to the company’s headquarters.
