IYF and McDonald’s Corporation have joined forces under the Youth Opportunity initiative, part of McDonald’s Scale for Good, to equip youth with the essential life skills to secure a first job and to position them for career advancement. The program utilizes Passport to Success® (PTS), IYF’s life skills and work readiness curriculum and PTS Explorer digital training course as of the pre-employability training efforts. The initiative consists of partnering with local community-based organizations to provide job readiness training, connection to employment opportunities, and workplace development programs.
