PTS Traveler uses a fun, entertaining quiz to pair personality traits and work preferences to the learner’s “Traveler Style.” It combines this with their career needs and interests to offer them one of three journeys tailored to their goals:
- Eager to Explore: For youth just beginning to consider their employment goals.
- Workforce Ready: For youth actively looking for an entry-level position or preparing to begin the job search.
- Level Up & Lead: For youth with a few years of experience who are looking for growth opportunities or leadership roles.
